Every Christmas Evening - we have this tradition of eating Ribeyes (HUUUUGE ribeyes) with saute'd mushrooms and twice baked potatos with a salad and some gourmet bread. This year the only change to the menu was an extra guest...........Rachel. CHEERS! By the way - you can only see Anna's arm to the left behind Tim's head - but she's here! She especially loves Auntie's twice baked potatoes.
