TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS............

During the days leading up to Christmas we would read to Rachel every night a book about the holidays whether it be about Baby Jesus, Frosty, Rudolph, etc. Her favorite by far was "The Night Before Christmas". One day while I was doing laundry I heard Rachel sitting in her rocking chair with this book out and of course she can't read yet - but she has most of "The Night Before Christmas" memorized little did we know. But, to hear her recite it is something this Mommy will NEVER forget. Here it goes: Wud the night befo Kistmus, when all tru da house - notta keature wud tirring...............NO MOUSE!!" I laughed so hard I almost cried. What a joy and blessing our little China doll is.
