Gardening with My Mommy & Baba

On this day we were enjoying the evening coolness and catching up on some vegetable picking. Rachel actually helped me plant this garden back in May. To say that she is proud of herself and it's bounty is an understatement. I very rarely have to remind her to "NO PICK!" any longer. She pretty much recognizes when particular items are ripe. We've enjoyed giving some of the vegetables away and she just grins from the praise over "Her" gardening green thumb :) But, NOTHING is as sweet as the time we have to spend with our Rachel on these lazy and cooler evenings just at home. No Disney Land, no ElCapitan Movie theater, no big party bash. Just at home in our backyard. Our home & hearts never felt so happy and/or full as it has with our Boo. We are very much a family of three now and someday......... it will be a family of four.
